Wikipedia is one of the first places anyone searches — and one of the hardest to navigate correctly. We've been contributing to the platform for over ten years, helping public figures, organisations, media houses and professionals establish verifiable, policy-compliant presences on one of the world's most trusted reference sources.
Discuss Your Wikipedia NeedsOver more than a decade of Wikipedia contribution, we have helped build and maintain articles across an extraordinary range of subjects — working within Wikipedia's policies and guidelines at every step. Our contributions span:
Note: We do not disclose client names in connection with Wikipedia work. Doing so risks triggering Wikipedia's conflict-of-interest policies, which can result in article deletion or content removal — the opposite of what our clients need.
We evaluate whether you or your subject meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines — a critical first step that most people skip. We'll tell you honestly if you qualify, and what you'd need to qualify if you don't yet.
Wikipedia requires verifiable, reliable third-party sources. We review what exists in the public domain and identify what sources your article would need to be created or maintained.
We help you understand the process of placing an article creation request and navigate the Wikipedia workflow — from the Articles for Creation (AFC) process to direct namespace creation where appropriate.
If you already have a Wikipedia article that is inaccurate, incomplete or poorly sourced, we can advise on and assist with making it more accurate and comprehensive — within policy.
Wikidata is Wikipedia's structured data counterpart and increasingly important for Google Knowledge Panel generation. We build and maintain Wikidata profiles independently of Wikipedia articles.
We practice Wikipedia's policies to the best of our knowledge and remain committed to following them. Wikipedia's strength comes from its neutrality and verifiability — we believe this completely, and our work reflects it.
We do not engage in paid editing on Wikipedia unless absolutely necessary. In the rare cases where we determine paid work on Wikipedia is required, we will always disclose this engagement transparently — both to our client and in accordance with Wikipedia's paid contribution disclosure requirements. We will not work on Wikipedia in any way that violates its guidelines on conflict of interest or paid advocacy.
If your subject does not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines, we will tell you so directly — and redirect our efforts toward building the notability through legitimate PR and media work that will eventually make a Wikipedia article possible and warranted.
Let's find out together — and build toward it if not yet.
