Anvesh Michael was born on 18 March 1990 in Bollikunta, Warangal. He completed his MBA before finding himself drawn to something far less predictable — the cultural ecosystem of Avanti Cinema, where directors Rohit and Sasi were building something new with no budget and complete conviction.
He made his screen debut in Nirudyoga Natulu (2018) — Avanti Cinema's web series about unemployed actors hustling in Hyderabad. It was lived experience dressed as fiction, and audiences could feel the difference. He followed it with a memorable supporting role in Raj Rachakonda's acclaimed biopic Mallesham (2019).
Then he wrote, directed, and starred in Kotha Poradu (AHA, 2020) — the first Telugu web series to truly capture the texture of rural Telangana's youth culture. The show garnered a cult following, earned him widespread critical praise, and launched the careers of multiple cast members. He also appeared in Season 2 of Story Discussion (Avanti Cinema), Raakshasa Kaavyam (2023), and Chivaraku Migiledhi (2024).
